This is the fun part, looking for your new home! Unlike many realtors, I do not require that you register your name and contact information before allowing you "in". I believe that I should earn the right to your business. I'd rather give you any information you need first before asking for anything from you. Click here to go to all the listings currently available on the MLS system. Often the address is not given so you will need to contact me for that information. MLS.ca does not give you information on sold listings.
How about your own private MLS website designed just for you?
Searching for a new home is exciting but time consuming. I can make the search so much easier for you. If you contact me with your wish list, I will set you up with your own private web site that will contain only listings meeting your criteria. For each listing there will be full information including address (what a concept!) and all available photos.....even satellite and road maps to show you the exact location. No need to search through a thousand listings that don't fit your needs.
I will continually update your website and alert you by email each time I add a listing or the price changes on an existing one. I'll also update your site as listings sell and tell you what they sold for. Wouldn't that be useful information for you? All I ask is that when you decide that you want to look at homes, that you call me. Fair?
